Formula
Most dimensions convert through an SI base: value_to = value_from × (factor_from / factor_to). Temperature uses the °C offset: F = C × 9/5 + 32.
How to calculate

- Temperature is not a simple scale factor — the page uses the offset formulas.
Example
1 foot = 0.3048 m. 0 °C = 32 °F.
Common mistake
US gallons ≠ imperial gallons. Cooking cups are not SI. Pick the unit list that matches the country of the recipe or spec.
